Caren was wonderful! … She was knowledgeable and very friendly. The two-day tour helped us get a better idea of the opportunities in the market and whether it’s a good fit for us. We really appreciated her expertise!

Our tour this past weekend was absolutely fantastic! We loved LaPreal as a guide; we had a lot of fun together! … She was able to hone in on our interests and really show us places that we would like … couldn’t have been more lucky that she found such a perfect place for us to relocate to. The owner … didn’t have any paper work for us to fill out (rental agreement, lease terms, etc.) but LaPreal stepped in and provided everything we needed to make a deal. It was truly impressive that she was able to provide something that she did not need to. We feel very good about moving to the Bay Area and are very excited about our new home.

My tour with Tina was INCREDIBLY helpful, both from understanding the layout and expectations of the area and rental market and from understanding different types of convenience/amenities offered by different areas. She was very thorough and we covered a wide range of areas and apartment types that fit my criteria … I came away with much more information to refine and optimize my search moving forward.

We toured yesterday with Leslie and she was very helpful and kind. We did everything we intended to do. We very much appreciate it. Leslie was really great.

Bill has been awesome! I saw two houses on Saturday with him and he made everything possible to help me rent one of them (my first choice!). He is very helpful, so reactive. I could not have managed without his help.

Everything was perfect with Cynthia yesterday. … It is a good idea having someone local to discuss about the several aspects of living in San Jose, not to mention that a rental agent advocates for you when dealing with the apartment offices. Now I have enough information to decide about the new residence. I’ll be signing the lease contract today.

My day with LaPreal was fantastic! She was smart and efficient and fun…and truly filled the day … just as I requested. She listened to what I asked to see and chose places to show me that addressed all my needs. … Being with LaPreal was like being with a good friend and when I’m ready to purchase a home in SF, I plan to reach out to her again. Last Friday tour with Gillian was successful and very helpful. Gillian’s knowledge and prepared data were very informative and helped us understand our neighbor areas. … her prepared information was very useful and gave us the idea and concept for seeking for a new home. It was a pleasant experience for me and my family having a day tour with her.

James was fantastic. I loved that he was a cop for 30 years and clearly knows the area like the back of his hand. He is a great guy, a professional employee, and I would absolutely recommend Be Connected to a friend or family member.

I definitely think that we got a lot accomplished with just a few days’ notice. LaPreal was able to book one individual appointment on the fly… We still accomplished a lot, though … We absolutely made the most out of our experience and really appreciated her help at the showings as well as tips and pointers throughout the day.

Gillian was great. She did give us very good options to pick from and she was very helpful to help us understand the market conditions and neighborhoods.

The tour with Gillian was really useful and answered more questions than we had. Gillian’s knowledge of the area was excellent and really helped us understand the various areas we should look at in more details. It also helped us understand the type of family life we could have in the bay area.

I wanted to make sure you were aware of the GREAT job La Preal did helping me to find apartments today. She was patient, professional and a strong advocate in negotiating favorable rents for the properties we saw. She was extremely knowledgeable in the areas we looked at – so much so that a complete stranger in Starbucks who overheard LaPreal’s advice came over to us and said ‘Listen to what she has to say. She’s 100% right about those neighborhoods’. … I look forward to working with her when I’m ready to look for a home to purchase. Thanks.
